PHILATELIC MOUNTAIN – 10 LARGE CARTONS – A humongous US and foreign international selection of tens of thousands of different issues from all over the globe, and every subsection of the hobby contained in 10 large cartons! United States issues make up a solid core within the lot, as one of the cartons is entirely packed full of mint plate USPS plate number blocks in Scott numbered glassines! Mint US postage adds up quickly with over a dozen of volumes/mint sheet files (several of the books have amount of postage indicated for convenience) containing complete sheets of 20/50/100 and reaches north of $4,500! Additionally, Canadian philately is represented via inclusion of two mammoth sized stock books: first one mint dominated by late 20th century material and some 700 CAD in postage, while the second one is all used and includes a rather extensive section covering the late 19th and early 20th century of Canadian philately! Taken together US and Canadian mint postage alone would add to over $5,000! However, the lot by no means stops there: thousands upon thousands of stamps in glassines and stock books, in good old shoeboxes, hundreds of post cards, historic photographs from early 20th century, nice duo of Israeli stock books with early material, as well as pair of Scott Brown albums (albeit sparsely populated), and so much more!
